I think Joe's actually right on this one! She went down with her crew so is a war grave. Also, she is the property of Germany - you'd need permission and I doubt very much indeed that you'd get it to raise her from her resting place.

Morally, I'd be the first to say she should be left where she is. The final patrol, as it were.
