If the mechanical translation makes any sense, "wotan stahl" was manufactured by Krupp-Thyssen (but it may be that "wotan" was a specification with sub-types like "hart" ("hard") and perhaps steel to these specs could be sold to the shipbuilders by any steelmaker?)
