BTW nobody heard of this operation it was a total surprise. U-156 arrived already on february 15 and observed during the whole day the activity in the refinery and the harbour. At 01h31 on the 16th U-156 first shot the two torpedos on the two oil tankers and the artillery attack begun 10 minutes later.</HTML>
