According to the book "Die Inhaber des Deutschen Kreuzes in Gold Kriegsmarine" by Bernd Gericke
Herbert Drewello birth in Bochum in 13-07-1923
and received the DKiG in 26-07-1944 as a Matrosenobergefreiter in U 129 (Richard v.Harpe)
