Your presumption sounds like a reasonable explanation to me. :-)) Normally an outstanding act would trigger the award, but the there are always exceptions. Did they make it out of Lorient or stay to the end?
Ofc, I meant to say EK's 2+1 were prerequisites just as for the KC. Rgds, RB
