<HTML>Aha!

Good link!

I always thought - and sided with those far more \'expert\' than myself, that the killing of the Kursk was a blue on blue incident. Seems that this author has opened out what a lot of people were thinking in the West.

Spassky himself is keeping quiet - so as not to damage his designs. That says a lot.

What also says a lot is the disappearance of a Senior Naval Officer 15 minutes after the incident. Hmm...

...as for brass on the bridge. Yeah well, we\'ve all been there!

For more \'blue on blue\' issues - including accounts of incidents that i knew little about in the Falklands - but suspected, as ordinary matelots are wont to do whenever an officer takes control - see the following website:

I have long had my doubts as to the effectiveness of lots of things during that war - now, it seems, I am not alone...

Aye,

John
