<HTML>Hello there good people,
The other day I saw a tv special on the mini subs used by England in an attempt to sink the Turpitz. A mother-ship sub towed I believe 6 in all, with 3 being lost at sea during the towing operation.
Were these mini-subs so flimsiliy built that the simple breaking of a tow line could cause one to be lost at sea so easily?
