this is public information..(there are some WWII US military intelligence reports about US-owned tankers refuelling german uboats during WWII, after 1940).
standard oil (US oil company) refuelled german u-boats in the atlantic ocean, among other places inb the canary islands, up until the declaration of war with the United States in 1941.
