This sounds very interesting but not surprising. I have seen pictures of the \"Greatest General Of All Time\" (joke) inspecting I believe the Bismarck and the Tirpitz. Hitler also took a great interest in tank production and there are somel pictures of him inspecting tanks and other AFV. I believe the first showing of the Tiger 1 tank was delayed so that the inspection could take place on his birthday!!! Yes I know this is off topic. But I have no information on Hitler boarding U-boats.
Do you know if the \"evil one\" made any comments or suggestions?
