I hope that you have read some of the comments on your post.

Might I suggest that you read quite a few more books on the subject before you make such comments again?

There are many books around and quite a few are listed on this site - have a look.

Also there are a very great number of Uboat commanders who had much greater experiences than Herbert A. Werner.

Do not judge the subject by, perhaps, the first book you have read
