Hello MPC and All,

as to this particular subject-matter please check:

Here you´ll find three death-verdicts executed after a few days after 08.V.1945 within the German Navy but on speedboats.

I am not aware of any such incidents within the German U-boat-arm in Norway after May fifth 1945 and before except the notorious Eck -Case.

As to the author you quoted I don`t think him to be very reliable since I read his book too and I believe I reviewed him on this forum.

Last not least Mengersen because of his rank and duty was in no position to hold such a trial.
