The officer you are referring to is Frank Worsley, who won the DSO for commanding the P 61 when it rammed and sank UC 33 on September 26, 1917. While there's some reference to P 61 being a Q-ship, the sinking of UC 33 was not a Q-ship engagement — the U-boat was sinking a damamged steamer by gunnery when P 61 arrived on scene and the U-boat suffered a mechanical failure while attempting to dive.
