Neither Wynn’s nor Sharpe’s books are organized that way. They are organized by U-boat. You can go to the Commander’s section here on uboat.net, pick a commander and see which ships he sank (by date) even though he might have commanded multiple U-boats during his career. You can do the same by U-boat even though the boat may have had multiple commanders. Additionally there are several books out there that cover the entire war or events during a specific period if you are just interested in what happened in general. Several commanders have also written their own books.

Check your e-mail. I just sent you my list of U-boat books. I’m sure you can find something on the list that interests you. You can find most of them second hand. Note that a handful are in German though but they should be easy to identify.
