Ref U-372 ktb 12 August 1941
0855 crash dive after sighting a twin engine bomber seen coming out of a cloud bank towards the u-boat. Heard two loud detonations. Doesn't mention any damage and remained submerged until 0934
Grid ref at 0800 BF 4431 (47°21'00"N 10°25'00"W)
Would appear that U-372 was indeed the boat attacked by Blenheim.
