For the survivors reports you want to look at ADM 199/2140 - covering the dates March to May 1942 & ADM 199/2141 covering June to July 1942. Looking through the indexes for both I see some of the ships you have listed and others are not. These volumes are usually only about 200 - 250 pages and are fully indexed so it will not take you long to get through them.
The survivors report usually give brief mention of cargo carried, crew onboard and casualties.
