How can they level the bunker? I thought there is an old guy who owns the land, technically doesn\'t he own the boats as well since the govt has abandoned them there now over 55 years? What is the German law for such a thing? Couldn\'t the old man fight the govt in court and possible make more trying to fix the bunker to get whats left of the boats to sell?
