Elbe bunker land ownership

The city of Hamburg purchased the bunker land some years ago and the site has been scheduled for renovation for some time as well. Government and city officials want to greatly expand the dock storage space (for cargo containers) of the harbor and so the area with the bunker was chosen as one of many areas of the existing harbor to be filled in.
And it would have been accomplished by now if it weren\'t for this pesky bunker built by the Todt Organization! As I have said before, somewhere Fritz Todt is smiling...
