Summer half-joke

<HTML>Herr Todt died in an air crash and had to report to the pearly gates. St. Peter checks his dossier and says, \"Ah, you\'re a good engineer but also a Nazi guy; you\'re in the wrong place.\" So the poor Todt reported to the gates of hell and was let in. Pretty soon, he got dissatisfied with the level of organization in hell, and started designing and building improvements. After a while, they\'ve got air conditioning, flush toilets, escalators and Herr Todt has turned into a damned popular guy. One day God called Satan up on the telephone and said with a sneer, \"So, how\'s it going down there in hell?\" Satan replies, \"Hey, things are going great. We\'ve got air conditioning and flush toilets and escalators, and there\'s no telling what this Nazi engineer is going to come up with next.\" God replied: \"What??? You\'ve got a good engineer? That\'s a St Peter’s mistake, as usual, he should never have gotten down there; send Herr Todt up here immediately.\" Satan said: \"No way. I like having him on the staff, and I\'m keeping him.\" God says, \"Send him back up here or I\'ll sue.\" Satan laughted uproariously and answered \"Yeah, right. And just where are YOU going to get a lawyer? Maybe from the U-boat arm?

With the due respect to the named and unnamed actual characters, this is another chilling summer half-joke.
