You might also want to read Gross Admiral\'s Raeder\'s memoirs. It recently got back into publication in a new edition from DaCapo and is titled Grand Admiral. It has some interesting pictures of Raeder and Doenitz attending a post war ceremony. The DVD U-Boat war has a brief where you can listen to what Doenitz sounds like. I think there is a lso some footage of Prien or somebody giving a propaganda interview in Berlin. Besides that there is a Good book by David Miller called U-Boats and that is an overall account of the german u-boat arm upto and until the end of the war. U-Boats in camera is another great photograph documentary and has some really interesting pics in it.
