<HTML>I too will pay $50.00 just to support the site. It has already helped me a great deal. Perhaps this is how we should think of it. This site has earned our support many times over. If we get additional information in the bargain, so much the better.
I do also feel that $25.00 will attract more than twice the number willing to pay $50.00. I have often wondered how this site was funded. I am a programmer and I have an idea how much work it must take to keep it up. It is a massive undertaking, I assure you.
The information they plan to make available is valuable and difficult to obtain. I have just spent a considerable amount of time researching a number of things that are going to be included for just one U-boat, and I spent well over $50.00 doing it. I spent several times that just buying books.
If you guys also think this site deserves to be supported, then respond to this thread. Gummi is sitting there trying to figure out what to do and the number of folks that reply might make his decision easier. What is he to do if only a few of us respond? Remember, he is trying to cover his costs, not make a profit.
