Hi,

On my visit to Le Bunker at La Rochelle I noted that the 'wall art' included a Black Cat at the entrance to the bunker. It was stated that this Black Cat was the emblem of the 3rd Flotilla.

On checking with the U-boat website, they have the 3rd Flotilla emblem as a Turtle?

Can someone explain the reason for this please?
