Hi Freddy; Thanks so much for your response! In terms of the floating material, it may have been mis-identified, and could have been kapox or insulating cork. That was the report from an 'eye-witness'. Thanks for confirming the serial number on the props. That's the first place we'll look, once the location has been pinpointed.
