Hi Michael; Such excellent advice! Thanks very much. Yes, we've also scoured the records, and can find no U-Boat losses in that time period and location. It's curious, since there's so much 'local knowledge' of it actually being a sub, and we have confirmed coordinates. So, it will be a matter of discovery over the next two months, incorporating side-scan and mag gear. Once we start getting hits, we'll send an rov to make the initial assessment. Who knows...
