Hi Freddy; Thanks so much for your response! In terms of the floating material, it may have been mis-identified, and could have been kapox or insulating cork. That was the report from an 'eye-witness'. Thanks for confirming the serial number on the props. That's the first place we'll look, once the location has been pinpointed. Any further thoughts or ideas will be very much appreciated! ~ Larry
