<HTML>I think that u-571 was good but taking it over was a littlt \"ify\". I\'d say Das Boot is the better of the two. I mean if the germans found out they were being boarded they would hide scuttling charges in the fuel lines maybe. Or open the main ballast tanks and take their chances. However I do agree the British did alot suffering through the \"Happy Time\". But you can\'t forget the Americans did help. (Capture of U505). Both have thier place in history.
