<HTML>Took my daughter to see it last night.
The Italians are lovers of opera , music , the Germans well they are the bad guys.
Very much a love story rather than a \"war movie\" , John hurt comes away as by far the best actor on the set...a great profesional.
I have not read the book , which my brother recommended to me some years back...never managed to come across a copy.
much more watchable than 571 , but then anything is !!
Pearl harbour appears in the U.K. around about early June. wait and see ...
