I read this at about the time the film was released, and therefore took pains to avoid a probable turkey. It would appear that this was the correct tactical decision...
Too bad Edward D. Wood is no longer with us. Heralded as the worst director of all time, his most famous or infamous film being \"Plan 9 From Outer Space\", it is amusing to contemplate what kind of U-boat or fleet boat movie wew would be laughably entertained with had Mr. Wood directed one. Maybe he would have titled it \"Type IX from Inner Space\"...</HTML>
