<HTML>Tim, I heard about the Series version but somehow a different total time comes to mind. I heard of the German TV series and was told how long it was in actual running time after deleting the rerun and prevue portions of each episode. Perhaps someone can tell us more. The 4 and 1/2 hour version may be portion of the Tv series version???? A friend just viewed my 4 hour (2 VHS cassettes) in two sessions and said 2 hours per evening was a good way and made the second part even more enjoyable - somewhat due to anticipation before hand. Even I will do that on longer films from now on.

On second thought, why not email Encore and ask. I would guess they have a website like \"Encore.com\"?????</HTML>
