<HTML>I am not sure how many got to see Lifeboat, this past weekend on AMAX by A. Hitchcock. If you have not seen it, it is a must try. Made in 1940, it has commendable authenticity in portraying attitudes of the time, wartime mistrust of the enemy. And plenty of German for germans. It starts with a lifeboat and its passengers having occupied it on account of being torpedoed by an U-boat! They have another customer on board. A Kapitan Leutnant. German viewers, be warned for some wartime anti-german sentiments. I don't want to let the cat out of the bag if you have not seen it. It was a most delightful drama i have seen of Hitchcock's. Apparently he wanted to make a movie that did not have too much scenery. Well, Mr. Hitcock, I must say your film nicely captured the sea and its fury. Good one, this

Cheerio
