Yes, Nachtigall is nightingale.

Below is my (poor) attempt to translate the lyrics:

(a song from the old timeswinking smiley

(Touch my tired heart.)

Von tausend Seligkeiten:
(About thousand blisses:)

Sing vom Liebesschmerz.
(Sing from broken heart.)

Als den Liebsten ich besessen,
(As the dearest who once was mine,)
Sangst du süß und bang;
(you sang sweet and fearful(?))
Seit der Liebste mich vergessen,
(Since my dearest forgot me)
Schwiegst du so lang -
(You have remained silent -)

Ach, sing, Nachtigall, sing
