Where Can I find Das Boot

I have been hearing how Das Boot is such a good u-boat movie so I really want to see it. Where can I buy a copy of the movie (original or director's cut)? I tried looking in my local Movie Gallery and I found nothing. I absolutley don't want to buy it on the internet which I know will dramatically reduce my options. Can somebody give me a name of a chain store that they know carries it for sure. I know this is wierd question but I really want to see the movie. Also what version of the movie is better, original or director's cut? I also heard something about a series? Thanks.
