HMS Alarm (Lt.Cdr. Russell Patterson, SANF(V)) was bombed by German aircraft off Bone on 2 January 1943 and declared a Constructive Total Loss (CTL).

HMS Alarm is not listed as active unit in the April 1943 Navy List

Sold to be broken up for scrap in December 1943.
Scrapped in January 1944.
