5 Jul 1942
At 1151 hours, ShCh-320 torpedoed and sank the German merchant Anna Katrin Fritzen (676 BRT) south of Klaipeda in position 55°29'N, 20°58'E.

16 Jul 1942
At 1329 hours, ShCh-320 fires two torpedoes against the German merchant Gudrun (1485 GRT, built 1923) off Steinort. Both torpedoes missed their target.
