  U-215, sunk on 3 July 1942, has been found off the Canadian coast. Read more about it here below in this This article from CBC.

  12:40 - The U-boat position project
  This project is now re-starting at full speed and we should see this in the Conning Tower within 2-3 weeks (i.e. positions for all U-boats on patrol on any given day).

  In the beginning we'll use the normal map software we have already but I fully plan to do something a lot more interesting like fully scale-ble and zoom-able Flash maps. If anyone here has leads that might shorten that development that would be great.

  12:36 - Back at the helm
  I've just returned from my 2 week holiday in Chania, Crete which was rather lovely. Walked the impressive Samaria gorge in 38 degrees which was an experience. I also took grain pains to "avoid dehydration" during the stay which was also fun :)
