Around 0900K/20, HMAS Quiberon (Lt.Cdr. G.F.E. Knox, RAN) proceeded from Sydney to Jervis Bay for a period of exercises.
She anchored in Jervis Bay around 1500K/20. Exercises had been carried out en-route. (1)

HMAS Quiberon (Lt.Cdr. G.F.E. Knox, RAN) conducted torpedo firing exercises off Jervis Bay. HMS Striker (Capt. W.P. Carne, RN) acted as target. (1)

HMAS Quiberon (Lt.Cdr. G.F.E. Knox, RAN) conducted exercises off Jervis Bay. She acted as target for torpedo aircraft and herself made a dummy torpedo attack on the auxiliary A/S patrol vessel HMAS Yandra (T/A/Lt.Cdr. A.S. Codling, RANR(S)). (1)

HMAS Quiberon (Lt.Cdr. G.F.E. Knox, RAN) conducted exercises off Jervis Bay. She acted as target for torpedo aircraft. She herself conducted AA gunnery exercises. (1)

Around 0300K/24, HMAS Quiberon (Lt.Cdr. G.F.E. Knox, RAN) departed Jervis Bay for Sydney where she arrived around 0730K/24. (1)

HMS Argonaut (Capt. W.P. McCarthy, RN), HMS Black Prince (Capt. D.M. Lees, DSO, RN), HMAS Quickmatch (Cdr. O.H. Becher, DSC and Bar, RAN, with Capt. R.G. Onslow, DSO and 2 Bars, RN, on board), HMAS Quiberon (Lt.Cdr. G.F.E. Knox, RAN), HMS Queenborough (Cdr. P.L. Saumarez, DSC and Bar, RN) and HMS Quality (Lt.Cdr. the Viscount Jocelyn, RN) conducted exercises off Manus. (2)

On arrival at Leyte from operations HMAS Quiberon (Lt.Cdr. G.F.E. Knox, RAN) commenced boiler cleaning which was completed on 30 April 1945.
From 1150I/25 to 1715I/25, HMAS Quiberon was docked in ARD 16. During this period a new Asdic dome was fitted and a small leak was repaired. (3)

Around 1400I/26, HMAS Quickmatch (Cdr. J.K. Walton, RAN), HMAS Quiberon (Lt.Cdr. F.G.E. Knox, DSO, RAN), HMS Quality (Cdr. the Viscount Jocelyn, RN) and HMS Quadrant (Lt.Cdr. P.C. Hopkins, RN) departed Sydney for Brisbane where they arrived around 1600K/27. En-route exercises had been carried out. (5)
29 Jun 1945 (position 0.00, 0.00)
Around 1500K/29, HMAS Quickmatch (Cdr. J.K. Walton, RAN), HMAS Quiberon (Lt.Cdr. F.G.E. Knox, DSO, RAN), HMS Quality (Cdr. the Viscount Jocelyn, RN) and HMS Quadrant (Lt.Cdr. P.C. Hopkins, RN) departed Brisbane to make rendezvous with elements of the British Pacific Fleet at sea. They joined around 1100K/30.
