HMS Jersey (Lt.Cdr. A.M. McKillop, RN) arrived at Kirkwall at 0630 hours where the German prisoners were landed.
HMS Jersey then proceeded to Scapa Flow to oil.
She departed Scapa Flow at 1800 hours to proceed to Rosyth where she arrived at 0830/7. (1)

In the evening HMS Jervis (Capt. P.J. Mack, RN) and HMS Jersey (Lt.Cdr. A.M. McKillop, RN) departed Rosyth around 1600 hours for an A/S hunt in the Firth of Forth. They returned around 2200 hours. (1)

Mack, RN), HMS Javelin (Cdr. A.F. Pugsley, RN), HMS Jersey (Lt.Cdr. A.M. McKillop, RN) and HMS Jupiter (Lt.Cdr. D.B. Wyburd, RN) departed Sheerness around 0615A/14 for patrol to provide cover for minelaying operations in the Dover Strait ('Operation GR'). They arrived at Grimsby around 2330A/14. (2)

HMS Jersey was escorted to Leith by HMS Bedouin (Cdr. J.A. McCoy, RN) and HMS Punjabi (Cdr. J.T. Lean, RN).
