Career information
Rear Admiral Ellis Mark Zacharias retied from the Navy after 34 years of service in 1946 due to heart problems that plagued him ever thereafter. He then starred on a TV show called "Secret Missions" covering military intelligence projects. He is buried at Arlington National Cemetery (see his Arlington page).
