The German merchant Gl?cksburg (2680 GRT) was intercepted by HMS Wishart (Cdr. E.T. Cooper, RN) and was run aground by her crew near the Chipiona light vessel, Spain.
12 Apr 1941
The British merchant St. Helena is torpedoed and sunk about 100 nautical miles south-west of Freetown in position 07°50'N, 14°00'W by German U-boat U-124. HMS Wishart (Cdr. E.T. Cooper, RN) later picks up 41 survivors.
27 Jun 1941 (position 35.00, 12.41)
The Italian submarine Glauco was sunk west off Gibraltar in position 35°06'N, 12°41'E by the British destroyer HMS Wishart (Cdr. E.T. Cooper, RN).
