Career information
Master Mariner. Signed indentures with Inver Line and joined Inverary on 12 October 1926. Cape Horner [5 times round the horn].HMS Corinthian from 01 January 1942. HMS Leigh [Southend Pier] from 21 September 1943. HMS Sefton from Nov 1944.
Later served as with PLA as Dockmaster. Member of The Nautical Institute. Retired to Sutton Waldron in Dorset.
