Personal information
Son of Victor Francis and Mary Iannelli (nee Logullo), of Wilmington, DE. His death left his mother with a disabled husband and a retarded son to care for. His brother Victor and he were close as he was close to his mom. Joseph Anthony being reported missing left the family devastated.
