Personal information
Son of Francis Forbes Wolferstan and Charlotte Gertrude Chanter; husband of Gwendoline Mary Chanter and father of Anthony Roylands Wolferstan Chanter, of Terra Nova, Coombe Dingle, Bristol. His wife Gwen, who did not remarry, continued to live in the same house and died in the late 1980’s. His son Anthony became a teacher, moved to Henley-on-Thames and had two daughters.
