Personal information
Joseph "Doug" Williams joined the Eurymedon on 19 September 1940, after having served aboard Prometheus from 11 February 1940 to 16 July 1940. After surviving the sinking he joined the Mentor on 14 December 1940 and left her at Newcastle, NSW on 13 March 1941.
