Personal information
John Hugh Millar served in the Royal Navy for 14 years and left due to contacting tuberculosis. He was the Chairman of the British Legion in Belfast for 16 years and remained a supporter until his death. He took great pride in his involvement with the British Legion and he requested the Naval Flag at his funeral.
