History	Craven was placed in reserve at Philadelphia on 10 October 1919 Craven in reduced commission made a few voyages and arrived back at Philadelphia on 29 March 1922 Decommissioned at Philadelphia 15 June 1922 and berthed with the reserve fleet Craven was renamed on Conway on 20 November 1939 Recommissioned 9 August 1940 and decommissioned and given to Great Britain 23 October 1940 being renamed HMS Lewes Stricken 8 January 1941.
