With her refit and initial trials completed, HrMs O 23 (Lt.Cdr. A.M. Valkenburg, RNN), departs Dundee for Holy Loch for a period of training. During the passage she is escorted by the British ASW trawler HMS Quadrille (T/Lt. N.T. Chetwood, RNVR). (1)

2 May 1942
HrMs O 9 (Lt. J.F. Drijfhout Van Hooff, RNN) participated in A/S exercises off Lough Foyle together with HMS Lowestoft (Lt.Cdr.(Retd.) F.B. Proudfoot, RN), HMS Pelican (Cdr. G.V. Gladstone, RN) and HMS Quadrille (T/Lt. N.T. Chetwood, RNVR). (2)

3 May 1942
HrMs O 9 (Lt. J.F. Drijfhout Van Hooff, RNN) participated in A/S exercises off Lough Foyle together with HMS Quadrille (T/Lt. N.T. Chetwood, RNVR). (2)

21 Nov 1942
The Dutch submarine HrMs O 14 (Lt.Cdr. H.A.W. Goossens, RNN) and the Polish submarine ORP Sokol (Lt.Cdr. J. Kozio³kowski) departed Dundee for Holy Loch. She is escorted by the British ASW trawler HMS Preston North End (Lt. K.A. Vasey, MBE, RNR). On the 23th the British ASW trawler HMS Quadrille (T/Lt. N.T. Chetwood, RNVR) took over the escort. (3)

25 Nov 1942
HMS H 34 (Lt. G.M. Noll, RN) departed Rothesay for Londonderry. She was escorted by HMS Quadrille (T/Lt. N.T. Chetwood, RNVR). (4)

26 Feb 1944
HMS Uther (Lt. A.A. Catlow, RN) conducted A/S exercises off Tobermory with HMS Gorleston (T/A/Lt.Cdr. W.A.E. Leonard, RNZNVR), HMS Quadrille (T/Lt. G.A. Peat, RNVR) and HMS Kilbride (Lt. H.O. L’Estrange, DSC, RNR). (5)

27 Feb 1944
HMS Uther (Lt. A.A. Catlow, RN) conducted A/S exercises off Tobermory with HMS Cam (Lt.Cdr. J.P. Smythe, RD, RNR), HMS Pennywort (T/Lt. A.W. James, RNR), HMS Quadrille (T/Lt. G.A. Peat, RNVR) and HMS Kilbride (Lt. H.O. L’Estrange, DSC, RNR). (5)

28 Feb 1944
Thorough (Lt.Cdr. J.G. Hopkins, RN) and Virtue (Lt. R.D. Cairns, DSC. RN) both departed from their builders yard at Barrow for Holy Loch. They were escorted by HMS Quadrille (T/Lt. G.A. Peat, RNVR). (6)

HMS H 28 (Lt. A.S. Melville-Ross, DSC, RN) conducted A/S exercises off Lough Foyle with HMS Sapper (T/Lt. R.C. Lees, RNR) and HMS Quadrille (T/Lt. G.A. Peat, RNVR). (7)
