Completed in March 1936.
Taken over by the Admiralty in August 1939.
Displacement: 494 tons.
Armament: 1 4" gun.

HMT Cape Chelyuskin (Skipper Harold Earnest Moran, DSC, RNR and Lt. Henry Roach, RNR embarked) was sunk by German aircraft near Trondheim, Norway on 29 April 1940. Both survived the loss though Lt Roach was wounded.
