Warren, RNR), another vessel (not able to read the name in O 9's log), HMS Saxifage (T/A/Lt.Cdr. R.P. Chapman, RNR) and HMS Lady Sharazad (Lt.Cdr. W.C. Shepherd, RNR). (1)
