HMS Truant (Lt.Cdr. J.G. Hopkins, RN) proceeded from Troon to Holy Loch where she underwent a submerged inclination experiment on completion of which she returned to Troon. During the passages from and back to Troon she was escorted by HMS Andre et Louise (T/Lt. T.H. Stewart, RNVR). (1)
