No, Clark, ofc not, the entire British Commonwealth and various other assorted countries converted within the last 30 years. Nowadays, it is practically the US alone using miles, yards and feet, galleons, pounds and ounces, while using metric standards in scientific and military life.
I guess the government, does not think the general population to be bright enough to handle the switch-over. :-)) There is also the matter of connected expense. Rgds, RB
