Once again I’m not 100% sure, but I don’t think there where any special night light at all except the red light in the departments near the tower.

With people working in shifts 24 hours a day why should some of them have to work with anything else then full lighting if they weren’t going topside? They weren’t following the "work at day sleep at night" rhythm anyway. And I don’t think anyone would want to work under poor lighting just because the clock said it was dark outside.

No the white lights where burning during the whole patrol, except near the tower where red lights where used during dark hours.
